Terms & Conditions for Transporters.

These Supplemental Terms and Conditions (Terms) are an integral part of the agreement between Transporters and Shipping Out, collectively referred to as the “Parties.” By accessing and using the Shipping Out platform, Transporters agree to comply with these Terms. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Account Setup and Profile Information
Transporters must create an account on the Shipping Out platform.
Transporters are required to provide accurate and up-to-date profile information, including but not limited to:
Personal or company name
– Contact information
– Vehicle details and photos
– Description of services offered
– Areas of coverage

Account Credit
In order to quote on the Shipping Out platform, Transporters must have sufficient account credit to match the commission percentage of the shipment you are bidding on.
Account credit can be topped up using the payment portal, as provided on the Shipping Out platform.
Credit funds in Top Up account are non-refundable. Please contact support@shippingout.co.nz in the case of extenuating circumstances.

Commission Fees
Transporters must maintain a credit balance equivalent to at least the stated commission percentage of the quote amount to be eligible to submit a quote. This will be either 10% or 15% of the quote amount depending on the consignment type.

Payment
Transporters acknowledge and agree that Shipping Out will automatically deduct the commission fees from their account credit when applicable.
Transporters are responsible for ensuring that their account credit is sufficient to cover the commission fees.

Account Suspension and Termination
Shipping Out reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Transporter’s account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other misconduct at Shipping Out’s discretion.
In the event of account suspension or termination, any outstanding commission fees or contractual obligations remain the responsibility of the Transporter. Any credit still in a Transporter’s account would be returned by shipping out upon account termination.

Modifications to Terms
Shipping Out reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to Transporters via the platform or email.
Continued use of the Shipping Out platform after the effective date of any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms and the relationship between Transporters and Shipping Out shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Commission
If it is found that you have tried to avoid the commission by contacting the customer outside of the platform before securing a booking, your account will be removed immediately and you will no longer be a member.

By using the Shipping Out platform, Transporters acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Supplemental Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account on the Shipping Out platform. If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact Shipping Out customer support for clarification.
