It is the responsibility of both the clients and shippers to ensure that the services meet their expectations. Clients are encouraged to review shippers’ profiles, feedback, and pricing before making a contractual agreement.
Delivery Failures and Damage: Shipping Out does not assume any liability for the failure of deliveries or any damage that may occur during the shipping process. It is essential for clients and shippers to consider obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments. Any claims related to delivery failures or damages should be addressed directly between the involved parties and their insurance providers.
Reviewing Shipper’s Documents: Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing any documents provided by shippers, including contracts and terms of service. If there are any concerns or questions about the terms and conditions of a shipper’s services, clients should seek clarification or legal advice if necessary.
Client Responsibility: By accepting these supplemental terms and conditions, clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their items, including packaging, labeling, and any required documentation. Clients are also responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations related to their shipments.
Direct Contact with Shipper Outside of Platform: If it is found that you have tried to obtain a direct quote by contacting the shipper outside of the platform, your account will be removed immediately and you will no longer be able to use our services.

By using Shipping Out, clients agree to adhere to these supplemental terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
