Yes, your quotes are coming from transporters that are already transporting goods along your route. As your consignment is an extra, the shippers can offer you a lower than usual price as their basic costs are already covered by the load they already have.

Yes, we have specialised operators who will look after your specific item. Eg: Classic Car Movers for your special vehicle.

Our shippers place their insurance details on their profile so that you can review their coverage. Click on their profile to be able to see their details.

After each shipment, the customer will place feedback on the shipper. As the shipper accumulates more jobs with ShippingOut, their feedback will reflect their level of service. Note: As ShippingOut is new, this will take some time to build up

Your contact is directly with the shipper. ShippingOut is purely a platform that allows you to connect with shippers and get the best deals. Once you have selected a shipper based on their offer and profile, your contract is purely with them. Please check our Terms and Conditions Page.

All Shipping Out moving companies must submit an identity and verify their phone number and email address. Customers publish reviews after booking completion keeping it all accountable and respectful.

No, there is no cost or fee to post a delivery on the Wise Move platform. There is however a success fee which is charge ONLY to the transporter.

Communication before making a booking CANNOT include your direct contact information. Circumventing ShippingOut messaging before booking can result in membership cancellation.
Contact information is only exchanged between parties when a quote is booked.
If you have booked moving company, you can call, or message them on the site to communicate about your delivery.
